A plain-English document describing exactly what will be built and what it will do, with one fixed number for the build and a monthly fee for hosting and monitoring. Nothing outside the scope is billed without your agreement.

Your questions, answered.
Which platforms and systems do you work with?
Anything with an API, which today is nearly everything: CRMs, accounting packages, job and project management tools, industry-specific platforms, and internal systems. And if one of your systems has no API, there's often still a way in, such as scheduled CSV imports and exports or SFTP file drops. On the scoping call we'll confirm what your specific systems can do and whether your project is feasible before you commit to anything.
What if it turns out to be more work than expected?
That risk sits with us, not you. The written scope defines what's included, and the price for that never moves. If you want something extra mid-project, we'll quote it before any work happens.
Can I see what the integration is doing?
To the degree the systems allow, yes. Most projects include a simple dashboard showing recent activity and anything that needs attention, so you can check things yourself rather than wondering whether it's working.
What happens if the integration breaks?
If we're hosting it, we're monitoring it, so we'll usually know before you do. Under a service agreement, we'll get onto a fix as soon as possible: simple issues are sorted quickly, and if it's something bigger we'll keep you in the loop while it's put right.
We're not technical. Will this process work for us?
That's the point. Everything is in plain English: the scope, the updates, the documentation. You never need to read a line of code.
